Telephone Analysis – Complementary

We understand the challenges of having an organized home or having to move. If you are busy, feeling overwhelmed, or just want a second set of hands, then feel free to give us a call. We will provide you with a free telephone analysis and will discuss your needs and how we can achieve your goals. The first step is to realize that you need help and the second step is to make that call!

Consultation ($275)

– Up to 2 hours walk through of your home, where you will show an organizer what areas of your home you would like to have organized.
– The organizer will provide tips on how to transform your living space so that it is more functional, organized and spacious.
– A written report emailed to you on the areas that we discussed.
– A follow-up telephone call, email or Facebook chat where you and an organizer will discuss your progress towards your organizational goals.

Home or Office Organizing Packages

Little Clutter Organizing Session (4 Hours One Organizer $220, OR 4 Hours Two Organizers $440)
– This package is for one or two small projects such as a couple of small closets, front hallway and mud room, small bedroom etc.
– We will work with you and discuss your organizing goals, what is keeping you from being organized, what is working for you and how to keep you on the right track to staying organized. – OR, If there is not much decluttering to do, we can work alone while giving you more time to do the things you want to do
– A follow up call will be included to discuss how your organizing project has been working for you

Child Memory Binder $175
These amazing binders with your child’s school pictures, drawings, art work, certificates, report cards etc can be purchased without an organizing session.
Organizer will pick up your child’s memories and drop them off upon completion of the binder. Pictures will be taken of any items that are too big to fit in the binder.
Any items that do not fit in the binder, will be returned to parent, or discarded with parent’s permisssion.
If your preference is to work with an organizer to create a memory binder, then cost will be $55 an hour plus supplies.

Office Overhaul (6 hours One Organizer – $330)
Do you have stacks of paper work that you keep meaning to tackle? Do you want to find your files in 30 seconds or less? Do you have tons of office supplies but not sure where they are? If so, this package is for you!
– We will sort through, categorize and organize your items
– Remove any items that do not belong in the office and put them in the correct room
– Create a systematic filing system that is based on your individual needs
– Create a work flow that works for you
– A follow up call will be included to discuss how your organizing project has been working for you

Get It Done With a Bang!
16 Hours One Organizer/8 Hours Two Organizers – $840 a $40 savings
This package is perfect for one or two large projects. Ex an office that needs a total overhaul, tackling a large garage, or a basement
– We will start with a complementary telephone consultation where you can describe your goals and discuss your project ideas
– During our first session we will start the process of sorting items to keep, donate, put in garbage, give to family members, recycle etc.
– Then we will organize and put systems in place that will help you stay organized
– We will also pack up and drop off donations (extra charge only if trailer is requested)
– A follow up call will be included to discuss how your organizing project has been working for you

VIP Organizing $1,550 a $100 savings
This package is perfect for those who want to tackle a few rooms and have continuing support, but don’t have as much stuff as the clients requesting the VIP PLUS Organizing Package.
– Up to 18 hours of organizing, decluttering, packing and/or unpacking service (any area of the home)
– Up to 3 hours of shopping for organizing products (if needed)
– Packing up and dropping off donations
– Unlimited email and telephone support
– 3 months of maintenance (up to 3 hours organizing session per month), or 9 extra hours to continue big projects

VIP Plus Organizing Package $1,990 a $210 savings
This package is perfect for our clients who want it all. It is our first-class executive package for those who want to tackle several rooms and have continuing support. In addition, this package includes a few extras that our other packages do not include.
– Up to 28 hours of organizing and decluttering services (any area of the home)
– Up to 3 hours of shopping for organizing products (if needed)
– Packing up and dropping off donations
– Unlimited email and telephone support
– 3 months of maintenance (up to 3 hours organizing session per month), or 9 extra hours to continue big projects

**Add 1 trailer load of donations to be dropped off at a location decided by a Second Set of Hands organizer for only $75 (Plus organizing hours)
**Add 1 trailer load of garbage to be dropped off at a local dump for only $175 (Plus organizing hours)

*Please Note: Get it Done With a Bang, and the VIP Organizing Package’s must be paid in full prior to starting organizing project.
To make it easier for our clients, we accept cash, cheque and credit card payments
All Second Set of Hands services are subject to HST.

Maintenance Program: Every Second Week, Monthly or Quarterly

I highly recommend this program! After completing hands on organizing sessions, you may want to keep the momentum going with our maintenance program. This is not a sign of weakness and is a common need. For example, it is better to have a professional organizer come in every so often to help keep you on track, rather than have your home fill up with clutter. Keep your home organized and stress free by having us come in your home every second week, once a month or once a quarter!

Virtual Coaching: 4 One Hour Virtual Coaching Sessions

This option is for clients that want to do the organizing themselves or do not have a professional organizer in their area. Clients send me pictures via email and ask questions via email, skype, or google hangout. I will send all course material via email. The first step is to contact me and tell me what area you need help with and we can go from there.

Moving Packages

Pack Me Up!

Are you moving in the near future and feeling overwhelmed? If so, this package is for you!
– We will declutter, organize, maximize your living space and get your home ready for the real estate market
– Remove and drop off donations and/or garbage
– Pack up your belongings so you don’t have to!
– Recommend reliable lawyers, realtors, mortgage brokers, moving companies, painters, auctioneers, etc.
– Follow up call will be included to see how your moving experience is going

Unpack for Success!

Are you all moved in but don’t know where to start? Are you busy or don’t have the energy to unpack and get settled? If so, this package is for you!
– We will unpack your belongings, break down moving boxes, and organize your home so you can feel refreshed and relaxed
– Yes, even your kitchen will be organized and ready for you to have that cup of coffee and hot meal
– We will provide organizing tips on how to stay organized
– Follow up call will be included to see how you are settling in your new home

VIP PLUS Moving Package – $2,350 a $205 savings

This package is perfect for those who are moving, have a lot of personal items and need to declutter or downsize. It is our first-class executive package for those who need help going through their items, need guidance on what to keep and what not to, would like donations removed which creates more space, get their home organized and ready for the real estate market, help with packing and/or unpacking and getting their new home organized. In addition, this package includes a few extras that our other moving packages do not include.

– A moving specialist on hand to answer questions and provide physical and emotional support
– Up to 42 hours of decluttering, packing and/or unpacking: This includes going through items and helping you decide what to keep, donate, sell etc.
– Donation drop offs after each decluttering session. (One large car load per session). Decluttering sessions are a minimum of 4 hours
– Unlimited email or telephone support
– Moving Tips Checklist: These tips will help you have a successful move
– Up to 40 small or medium boxes, 15 large boxes, four boxes of packing paper and four rolls of bubble wrap (if needed)

VIP Moving Package – $1,700 a $110 savings

This package is perfect for those who are moving, have a lot of personal items and need to declutter or downsize, but do not have as much stuff as the client’s requesting the VIP PLUS Moving Package.

– A moving specialist on hand to answer questions and provide physical and emotional support.
– Up to 30 hours of decluttering, packing and/or unpacking: This includes going through items and helping you decide what to keep, donate, sell etc
– Donation drop offs after each decluttering session. (One large car load per session). Decluttering sessions are a minimum of 4 hours
– Unlimited email or telephone support
– Moving Tips Checklist: These tips will help you have a successful move
– Up to 20 small or medium boxes, 10 large boxes, 3 boxes of packing paper and 3 rolls of bubble wrap (if needed)

**Additional packing supplies available at extra cost

16 hour package (2 organizers for 8 hours or 3 organizers for 5.5 hours) – $840 a $40 savings

**Packages can be used for decluttering, packing and/or unpacking.

**If you do not want to purchase a package, hours can be purchased at $55 an hour. Minimum of 4 hours.

**All packing supplies (boxes, packing paper etc.) are additional costs.
**Packages must be paid in full prior to starting moving project.
**All Second Set of Hands services are subject to HST.
