Here are 3 ways we can help you:

  1. In-person organizing with you!  One or two qualified organizers will come to your home and work with you to get your home organized, and create easy to follow systems so you can work towards staying organized.
  2. In-person organizing without you! Same as above, except the organizers will do all the work. You don’t even have to be home. You can come home from a long day at work, and walk into a new organized home environment.
  3. Virtual Organizing/Coaching – This method is for those who want to do the organizing themselves, but want guidance, feedback, organizing solutions and accountability. Certified Professional organizer (CPO) and productivity expert, Kathy McEwan will be your organizing coach for all virtual organizing sessions. These sessions will be held via phone, Zoom or Facebook Video.

Telephone Analysis (20 minutes) – Complementary

We understand the challenges of having an organized home or having to move. If you are busy, feeling overwhelmed, or just want a second set of hands, then feel free to give us a call. We will provide you with a free telephone analysis and will discuss your needs and how we can achieve your goals. The first step is to realize that you need help and the second step is to make that call! (Please Note: Saturday and Sunday organizing sessions with Professional Organizer and Productivity Expert Kathy McEwan are subject to a small rate increase)

Consultation ($275) This option is for those wanting to do the organizing themselves. DIY

– Up to 2 hours walk through of your home, where you will show an organizer what areas of your home you would like to have organized.
– The organizer will provide tips on how to transform your living space so that it is more functional, organized and spacious.
– A written report emailed to you on the areas that we discussed.

Home or Office Organizing Packages

Maintenance Program: Every Week, Bi-Weekly, Monthly or Quarterly – only $395 per organizing session (up to 6 hours with one organizer or up to 3 hours with 2 organizers)

Little Clutter Organizing Session (4 Hours One Organizer $260, OR 4 Hours Two Organizers $520)

– This package is for one or two small projects such as a couple of small closets, front hallway and mud room, small bedroom etc.
– We will work with you and discuss your organizing goals, what is keeping you from being organized, what is working for you and how to keep you on the right track to staying organized. – OR, If there is not much decluttering to do, we can work alone while giving you more time to do the things you want to do
– A follow up call will be included to discuss how your organizing project has been working for you

Office Overhaul (8 hours 1 Organizer or 4 hours 2 Organizers – $520)

Do you have stacks of paper work that you keep meaning to tackle? Do you want to find your files in 30 seconds or less? Do you have tons of office supplies but not sure where they are? If so, this package is for you!
– We will sort through, categorize and organize your items
– Remove any items that do not belong in the office and put them in the correct room
– Create a systematic filing system that is based on your individual needs
– Create a work flow that works for you
– A follow up call will be included to discuss how your organizing project has been working for you

16 hour package $995 a $45 savings

This package is perfect for those who have 3 or 4 small rooms to organize, or two or three larger rooms to organize

VIP Organizing Package $1,785 a $100 savings

This package is perfect for those who want to tackle a few rooms and have continuing support, but don’t have as much stuff as the clients requesting the VIP Plus or VIP Platinum Organizing Package.
– Up to 17 hours of organizing, decluttering, packing and/or unpacking (any area of the home)
– Up to 3 hours of shopping for organizing products (if needed)
– Packing up and dropping off donations (one car load per organizing session)
– Unlimited email and telephone support
– 3 months of maintenance (up to 3 hours organizing session per month), or 9 extra hours to continue big projects

VIP Plus Organizing Package $2,920 a $200 savings

This package is perfect for our clients who want to declutter and organize several rooms, or a whole home that doesn’t have as much stuff as the VIP Platinum Organizing Package. This package also includes continuing support.
– Up to 36 hours of organizing and decluttering services (any area of the home)
– Up to 3 hours of shopping for organizing products (if needed)
– Packing up and dropping off donations
– Unlimited email and telephone support
– 3 months of maintenance (up to 3 hours organizing session per month), or 9 extra hours to continue big projects

VIP Platinum Organizing Package $4360 a $300 savings

This package is perfect for our clients who want it all. It is our first-class executive package for those who want to tackle a whole home that has many rooms that have a lot of clutter. This package also includes continuing support.
– Up to 65 hours of organizing and decluttering services (any area of the home)
– Up to 3 hours of shopping for organizing products (if needed)
– Packing up and dropping off donations
– Unlimited email and telephone support
– 3 months of maintenance (up to 3 hours organizing session per month), or 9 extra hours to continue big projects

**Add 1 trailer load of donations to be dropped off at a location decided by a Second Set of Hands organizer for only $100 (Plus organizing hours)

**Add 1 trailer load of garbage to be dropped off at a local dump for only $200 (Plus organizing hours)

*Please Note: VIP and VIP Plus Organizing Package’s must be paid in full prior to starting organizing project.
To make it easier for our clients, we accept cash, cheque and credit card payments
All Second Set of Hands services are subject to HST.

(Please note: One on one organizing sessions held on Saturdays or Sundays are usually lead by Kathy McEwan and are subject to a bit higher rate than organizing sessions held Monday to Friday)  

Virtual Organizing/Coaching Package – $495

You don’t have to live in the Ottawa, Ontario area for us to help you get organized. We help clients internationally with our virtual organizing package. Are you overwhelmed and not sure where to start? Let us help you! The virtual organizing package includes:

Questionnaire – this short questionnaire will help explain what your struggles are and what changes you would like to see happen. We will help you work towards those goals.
Pictures Assessment – You will have the opportunity to email pictures of the area of your home you would like organized and/or decluttered. A senior professional organizer will assess the pictures and make recommendations on the best way to organize those areas.
One to Two Hour Strategy Session – The strategy session will take place via skype, zoom or Facebook video. During the strategy session, you can expect answers to your questions, directions on how to declutter and/or organize a specific area of your home, support when trying to figure out what to keep and what not to, and the best part of all, you will see immediate results.
Homework Template – Organizing on your own is not always easy, so this template will help you keep track of what organizing tasks you can do in-between your strategy sessions. (optional)
One to Two Hour Strategy Session – During this strategy session we will discuss any struggles and/or successes you have had in regards to organizing. We will also guide you with organizing another area of your home.

Additional One to Two Hour Strategy Sessions are only $125.
